John is responsible for leading operations at ANEW. He has vast experience developing rehabilitation programmes.
DIRECTOR OF THERAPUTIC PROGRAMMES
Lucy is a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Hypnotherapist who has worked in residential settings for over 10 years. Integrative therapy, or integrative counselling is a combined approach to psychotherapy that brings together different elements of specific therapies. The integrative view is that there is no single approach that can treat each client in all situations.
MANAGING DIRECTOR.
Ed is originally from Liverpool and now lives in Oldham and has worked in homeless and residential rehabilitation services for over 20 years in numerous senior Director and senior operational positions. Ed is driven to develop people focused services that meet the needs of people recovering from addiction and reaching their individual potential.
TEAM LEADER
Amanda is an experienced group worker, recovery coach & trainee counsellor. She’s also responsible for operations at Vernon House.
COUNSELLOR
Andrew is a Counsellor with a vast amount of experience working within residential therapeutic settings.
APPLY FACILITATOR
Matt was an engineer who retrained in the recovery industry. He’s now completing a management course and is PTTLS trained.
COUNSELLOR
Phil is a qualified counsellor with substantial experience, specialising in person-centred counselling and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Kirsten is from Oldham and is an experienced housing and admin worker. She is training in Health & Social Care Level 3.
COUNSELLOR SUPPORT
Kayleigh is from Tameside and is training as a Counsellor. Kayleigh has worked in residential services as a group facilitator since 2015.
CARETAKER
Simon has worked as a Recovery Caretaker for many years. He is currently training to become a counsellor.
